每天都做饭吃饭,却很长时间都懒得记录。 要拍照片要写食谱,有时间还不如赶快把碗碟洗了。。。唉, 其实不是因为没时间,不是因为太懒, 只是因为不够重要, 因为没太大心情罢了。可是, 如果连吃都没心情倒腾, 那还有什么生活乐趣啊。 所以, 重新开始吧, 上菜。。。
香蕉面包。 家里剩几个熟透了的香蕉,不吃要浪费了,就在网上寻了个做面包的方子。 面包拷盒一时没找到, 就顺手用了蛋稿烤盘, 大小正好可以放进小烤箱, 就变成了香蕉蛋糕。 简易, 美味。第一天烤了一个没吃够, 第二天就又烤了一个。。。
周六下午,小儿在打棒球, 大儿在打篮球,他在国内腐败, 家里就我一人。 晚上孩子们又要召集小朋友到家里看电影,先烤了两盘他们爱吃的小 CUP CAKE,又烤了这个大香蕉蛋糕。屋子里充满着温暖甜蜜的香味。 门前剪了一把花, 留了一枝心花放在桌前,吃块自己烤的面包,吃点刚上市的樱桃,喝杯绿茶, 拍几张照片玩玩,清静, 放松。。。
悦版家常做法:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon fine salt

2 large eggs, at room temperature

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus more for greasing the pan

1 cup sugar

3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed with a fork (about 1 cup)

1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces
Directions:
- Sift the flour, baking soda and salt into a medium bowl and set aside. Whisk the eggs and vanilla together in a liquid

Measuring cup with a spout and set aside. Lightly brush a 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan with butter. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream the butter and sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or with a hand-held mixer) until light and fluffy. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the butter, while mixing, until incorporated. Add the bananas (the mixture will appear to be curdled, so don't worry), and remove the bowl from the mixer.

With a rubber spatula, mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the nuts and transfer the batter to the prepared pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean, about 55 minutes.

Cool the bread in the pan on a rack for 5 minutes. Turn the bread out of the pan and let cool completely on the rack. Wrap in plastic wrap. The banana bread is best if served the next day.
